As its good barrier property, keeping fresh, well protected against dampness, frost proof, oxygen insulation, oil resistant, the film can be widely used for light and heavy packaging, such as all kinds of fresh fruit, meat, pickles, fresh milk, liquid beverage, medical supplies and etc. 五层共挤吹膜机的优势 上牵引部分设计特点 ?上旋转是取代模头下旋转做的一次技术改进。其牵引辊和人字夹板做180度往返旋转,薄膜作半径运行消除因膜泡厚薄产生的“暴筋”现象。吹膜模头始终呈静止状态。可以使薄膜厚度更加均匀增加薄膜强度。 全自动冷却风环 整个风环被分割成多个风室。每个风室的阀门都由步进电机控制。风环与监控软件连为一体。根据测厚系统提供数据进行调整。当厚度比设定偏高时,步进电机会减少进入相应部分的气流来降低薄膜的厚度。同样的,当比设定偏低时,步进电机会增加进入相应部分的气流来增加薄膜的厚度。 增重失重混合上料系统 集成吸料,称重,混合控制挤出量等功能于一体,可以对原料的用量有一个控制与统计。 操作原理,操作员在触摸屏设置配方,该系统自动吸料,按照配方称重放入料筒充分混合按要求挤出量将原料落入螺杆。 各种鲜果、肉食品、酱菜、鲜牛奶、液体饮料、医药用品等。 The advantages of Five layers co-extrusion film blowing machine Up-traction design features: It is a technical improvement of Up-Rotation replaces die head rotation. The mixing feeding system of batch-in-weight and loss-in-weight: Integration of absorbing, weighing, hybrid controlling extruding output can have a control and statistics in material consumption.
